We Need to fully fund our schools

Our Fairfax County schools are world class, respected across the globe. We must fully fund our schools, and equip the next generation with all the skills and tools required to continue to excel. Here is the formula to create new revenue to keep tax rates low:

1. Installing solar & geothermal cuts utility costs and saves taxpayer dollars to fully fund schools.

2. Build carless, carfree communities. They lower infrastructure costs and create more revenue. They also cut housing cost and create affordability. Denver cut housing costs by 12% in carless, carfree communities.

3. Progressive mega-million dollar tax on houses valued over $10 million.

To keep property tax rates low, we must find new sources of revenue like these.
